Too long and uneven straps.
I believe these are genuine chacosn but they appear to be defective due to quality control or seconds. I had to go back because the straps were too long and one was about half an inch longer. I would recommend just going to a reputable retailer like REI. I did and got the ones with the right length straps and a more attractive color for $20 more. It was worth it.

- My second pair of Chacos feels like the first. I hope they survive the rest.

- Not suitable for labour-intensive activities
