Bought this and another brand just in case. This blade is made of slightly thicker metal so it doesn't feel flimsy or cheap compared to another blade I've purchased that was just a little thicker than tin. Also, the screws that come with this blade are longer to better secure the blade compared to other brands. It only took me a few days to make it to Hawaii with my blade. There were 2x12 scraps of wood lying around that I used to make my coconut scraper stool. It took about 1-2 hours to make using basic power tools (jigsaw, grinder, circular saw and drill).
