Baby loves it but small parts fall off and others bend

Our 20 month old loves the bodyboard and uses it most of the day. It's a great idea and toy, but we need to keep a close eye on it as the tip of the key to the lock fell off on day one. Choking hazard from a small figure (photo) He was going from room to room with the board, and the lock in the picture is already bent, so he cannot use that part of the board. I don't think the quality is there for the price of the board.
