I would buy it again, good for women
I used it on an empty stomach during my cardio workout and used it with the tummy cream one morning and I didn't sweat that much but when I applied the cream to my stomach and my waist was bathed in my own sweat. Also, I have a long torso and things usually fit me a bit short, I liked that it fitted perfectly and the bottom edge was best with an elastic band that kept the vest from riding up.
