I weigh 160 pounds and the medium size fits me perfectly. These shirts have a straight fit and are not baggy like most t-shirts. They're great for people who don't have a beer belly. Revain's product description says hand wash only, but the instructions printed on the t-shirt say machine wash cold. I've machine washed on a gentle cycle and line dried and they seem fine.
