44 fits like a 42 I'm a size 38 so I got tired of ordering a size that big but I had a hotly debated belt that didn't fit me at 42, when i went to buy one. I hope this is the last belt I have to buy for a while! I'm only rating it a 3 because the sizing doesn't match its fit and a 44 fits like a 42. This belt has lasted much longer than the popular spiked belt, much longer, I would bust these belts in a week. but I will eventually need a smaller belt because I am on the last loop. Sigh I don't know what to do but I'm giving 4 stars for now. updates. I've only had it since August and one of the studs fell off so offensively. thought this would last forever
