Dough hook without protection makes it difficult to use
I am thinking about a dough hook specifically. Without the round strainer at the top of the hook that the original Kitchen Aid dough hook comes with, spreading the dough will result in the dough climbing up the hook and out of the mixer, causing a mess when you try to to use the blender near his bowl. The quality of stainless steel is good and it fits well, but the lack of this feature makes it pretty much useless.
