This is my second projector that I have bought and I have to say that it is a huge improvement in some aspects and a slight downgrade in others. The first thing to note is that the sound quality of this projector is LOUD. It was so loud I had to put it off because it would wake up the house, which was really impressive. There is a video posted with the volume maxed out, although I'm not sure it would be fair. I also really like the button layout here and it's a lot easier to read with the icons! The best part is that there are 2 vents on each side to help heat dissipation, an issue that would cause loud noise from the projector on my previous projector. The video quality is quite clear even without video settings, which I really like. You can see the bright light from the projector in the video, but I think it's more due to the distance and lack of a projector screen, which is what I usually use. Nice sturdy bag to carry everything which is always a plus. However, it's not perfect. It doesn't have a microSD card slot, which is a bit odd considering previous models had one. There was a problem using MicroSD to USB that made the projector unstable and unusable, but using a USB stick is perfectly fine. It plays MKV files which is a HUGE plus as a lot of my videos are in MKV format but oddly I couldn't play the MP4 file I had as it said it wasn't supported. I doubt this is really the case and it might just be my file since MP4 is essentially a universal playback. The controller is a bit flimsy, but I've found that to be pretty much the norm on a lot of products lately. Overall I'm very happy with it and will use it as a daily driver for presentations or just watching movies. The vents are a welcome addition and the sound quality has been greatly improved for such an element. 4.5/5, Minor Star Removal for non-MicroSD card slot and MP4 issues I've had (minus 1 star if MP4 doesn't play at all).
