I followed all instructions and watched some youtube videos on Noco GB40 before using. I charged it the night before first use. The device turned on accessories in my car (headlights, air conditioning, keyless entry, etc.) but did not start the car (BMW 650i 4.4L V8). The first time I thought it was just me, so I left the device for a second try. After a few months I tried again (yes, I fully charged it again before using it) and still the same result. It seems like a big waste of money to me. Do yourself a favor and get one of those big yellow Stanley boosters. They're not as slim and compact as the Noco; However, this is what AAA and other auto clubs use and they work.
