Review on KITMA by Gerard Hudson

When I discovered the KITMA online shop, I felt as though I had struck gold. But gosh, was I mistaken! My purchases were of poor quality, and they were handled and shipped at a tortoise's pace. And to top it all off, dealing with their customer support was a nightmare. I had the impression that I was speaking to machines that had no notion of humor. (or human emotion in general). If you don't want to be the protagonist of your own disaster movie, save yourself the headache and avoid KITMA.
