Cursor madness on chargers and adapters

It charges my laptop perfectly and it doesn't seem to overheat or anything but my cursor jumps when I use the touchpad. Only when the charger is connected. Apparently another reviewer had the same issue. Haven't tried a USB mouse yet, but it's pretty inconvenient. At least I can get it to charge, and I can typically get around two hours of battery life when I'm actually able to use my mouse.
