Before I start, I just want to mention, be very careful with it, after waking up, the belt was very hot and steaming for 1 minute, I pressed it and got a little burn on my finger so I probably waited a good 5 minutes before familiarizing myself with the heat levels for my 1 month old. It fits him well and is very nice that he grows with him, the belt is quite large and will be worn for a while. It creates heat and helps the treat relax and relieve uncomfortable pain. I think my baby is colic and I'm trying to help him with the pain in a more natural way. This harness did its job perfectly, the child relaxed in a few minutes and fell soundly asleep. It should have been good for him to just pass out. The good news is that this harness fits my toddler too and I can rest my arms and legs on it when needed. This is pretty much a heating pad that relieves the pain of clams. I love having it at home when needed. I'm very glad I have this for my kids, I will continue to use it for my kid at least twice a day! Highly recommended if you think your baby is colicky, it does no harm and helps calm baby.
