I sprained my ankle & on week 3 ordered this product. I kept one in the freezer & one @ room temp for heat (use the microwave-under 60 seconds to full heat). The overall product is great! My only complaint & the reason for 4/5 stars is due to the Velcro. Both pieces, the one that holds the cold/hot pack in the sleeve & the one that is on the strap used to secure to your body. The one on the sleeve is so small it is easy for the hot/cold pack to fall out when trying to affix to the body. The one on the strap used to secure to your body is causing fraying/damage to the strap. I have only had this for a week and the strap if noticeably damaged from the Velcro. But for the price I am happy overall!
