Absolutely awful. For the price and based on my expectations from Westone this is an absolutely terrible product. There is constant background noise, so any quiet moments are very distracting. I tested 3 Android phones (Pixel 1, Pixel 1 XL, Pixel 3) and 2 iOS devices (iPhone SE and iPad) and they all show this buzz. Now the sound breaks off, and then a loud, shrill screech and tones are played. I had a previous generation Bluetooth Westone and they worked fine until one day they just wouldn't turn on. This is a much more terrifying version of the previous generation. The lack of a charging port on the earbuds themselves is also annoying, if you lose your charger/battery you won't be able to charge the earbuds. The previous generation had a micro USB connector on the cable itself. Don't buy, you will be disappointed
