Review on TYC 1 17997 New Starter by Devin Tanner

I am very impressed with the quality and price of this starter. A few years ago a GM dealer fitted my 2013 Chevrolet Impala with a starter motor. what they claimed was NEW and it always required longer handlebars and was a drain on the battery and it would fail resulting in me having to tow the car back to the GM dealership and they said it was no longer under warranty. The GM dealer wanted over $1,000 to replace it with another one. I towed the car to my house, removed the starter and it became clear that it wasn't a new starter. I ordered "TYC 1-17997 New Starter" and installed it. me in my driveway in about 30 minutes. My car now starts within a second and has no problems. This starter was well packaged in a brand new box with paper specs for dyno testing!
