Easy setup with many features available at no additional cost or any software required. Very robust platform capable handling large amounts of data in both directions (from server & client). No special skills are needed if you have basic IT knowledge because it's very simple to use once installed/configured properly. Support from ICOM was great! It took them about 2 weeks after purchase date before they sent out their first support ticket which solved our issue immediately. We had some issues setting up one channel but again this was resolved quickly by sending another technician via ICOM to help us solve this problem within 48 hours. If your looking into purchasing D Series then do so - we found nothing negative yet regarding its performance as all issues were fixed quite quickly. Automating video ingesting process has been greatly simplified since using the product. I like how easy it was to set up our environment with this software - we had several legacy systems that were difficult to migrate over. The software could crash at any time, so be prepared to constantly monitor your environment. If you're looking for a simple way to manage your broadcast environment, give this a try. It will make things easier and more efficient for you. We have been able to automate our entire process in one place, which has reduced our labor costs as well as saved us some time.
