If I could give this pillow 10 stars I would. I don't know how long it will be before it flattens out, or if it ever flattens out; But I can say that this is the best pillow I have ever had in my entire life as far as I can remember. The pillow wraps my body and feels like it's hugging the arms at an angle of comfort. OK, let me be serious. The pillow is soft and pliable, but strong enough not to sag under the weight of the body. It supports the entire body from head to toe. I can lie comfortably and watch TV with perfect support for my head and arms; And when I'm ready to fall asleep, all I have to do is turn to one side or the other and I'm in the perfect sleeping position. I can sleep on my back if I want and it's still just as comfortable. I haven't tried lying on my stomach on this pillow, but I don't think it's designed for that. I am not currently pregnant, but my husband and I are planning a family. I bought it ahead of time to make sure I have it in case I get pregnant. I'm a nice plus size and need a little extra support during my pregnancy. OMG, pregnant or not, this pillow is better than any memory foam pillow you've ever used. It costs money. Don't be fooled by the picture, it's just as comfortable, even more comfortable than it looks. Even the advertising doesn't do the pillow as justice as it deserves. Be honest with yourself and buy this pillow, it will be one of the best decisions you will ever make in your life. Oh if you are married only your husband will fit in a king size bed. We have a large double bed and luckily my husband can stretch out. He should probably try one of these pillows. Anyway, I don't think your significant other will be less comfortable with you and pillows in.
