I developed trichiasis (ingrown eyelashes piercing the eyeballs - yes, very funny) which I can deal with if I pull out an extra eyelash. This is due to poor eye function (vanity blepharoplasty - more on that later). These tweezers are perfect for the job. I used my regular ones before getting these but ended up pulling out a few at a time and didn't want to look like a lizard. I can only pluck one at a time with these tweezers. Please, please, please don't confuse your eyes. If necessary, have the surgery performed by a board-certified optometrist, not a board-certified plastic surgeon who does everything. I realized that an ophthalmologist deals with eyeballs and I worried about sagging oily skin. Boy was I wrong. It's been three months with double toothpicks.
