My favorite nursing pads. I've tried a lot. I have breastfed 5 babies of each baby for at least 2.5 to 3 years so I know a bit about nursing pads. They are soft enough for swollen breasts and will not irritate, cause a rash or itch. They don't have a plastic backing on the outside of the back of the pads like other brands. They are super super absorbent, I don't think I've ever had a problem with leakage, compared to them they are about as absorbent as a super or ultra tampon. They have an indentation in the middle where your nipples go in but beware they are so absorbent they can and will stick to your nipples if not replaced and dried after purchase or leak. Personally, I have solved this problem by applying a small amount of nipple ointment to the indentation in the center of the nursing pad and onto the nipples before each use. They're not individually wrapped like other brands, which is inconvenient for on the go. But that's a small price to pay for absorbency and softness.
