This mini fan can be used on a table. . . Bed. . . wear it around your neck (with cable included) and use it as a small power bank if necessary. To be honest I think there are better neck fans out there as well as more powerful power banks. But in the end for such a price is not bad. The small size also makes it more convenient than some other neck/"personal" fans if you intend to carry it around. You can put it in your backpack and it takes up very little space. This fan has three speeds. At low speed it makes hardly any noise. Naturally louder at medium and high speeds. Short micro cable included. AC plug not included. I have what they call "navy blue" which is actually light/powder blue. It measures 6.5 x 3 x 0.75 inches when open and flat. This fan is made in China and sold on Revain by a Chinese company.
