Review on Blue Jeans Cable Conventional Terminations Home Audio in Home Audio Accessories by John Fuentes

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Impressive build, great sound

I've been using Naim Audio speaker wire for about 40 years. They are very rigid and difficult to connect. I've recently noticed that almost all of my devices use banana plugs, so I wanted to use a more convenient cable. I finally found these blue jeans cables. There are several other options for Canare 4S11 cables, but I think Blue Jeans are the only cables with a welded connection with banana plugs. I was very impressed with the quality of the cable and connector and the workmanship. Blue jeans cost a few dollars more. I plugged them in right away and now I'm listening. A psychological effect perhaps, but the sound feels tense, slightly better imagery and atmosphere, with a more realistic brassy tint compared to the old Naims. This is my first time using locking banana plugs but I already love their design for their ease of use and secure connection.
