My elderly mother has several phone speed cameras in her house. (The older she gets, the more she needs!) This gives me the opportunity to compare the quality of different devices. While they are all fairly affordable and quick to install, not all are of the same quality. This rings quite loudly (the volume is NOT adjustable) but the blinking is barely acceptable. First, it's RED, not white light. This immediately reduces the intensity. And second, it's just not bright enough. I want her to light up the room at night when she's watching TV. It's not like this. I ended up installing it directly on the TV (double sided tape in the corner of the TV) so she wouldn't miss it when it blinked. Bottom line: two stars and I'll probably end up buying another brand for the same space.
