Very nice canvas backpack with leather straps. It has magnetic fasteners to close the top flap and drawstrings to keep it closed. Inside the large compartment is a padded pocket for your laptop, a small zipped pocket and a pocket for pens, lip balm or whatever. It also has three large zipped pockets on the front and sides and a small zipped pocket on the back, as well as wide, padded shoulder straps that make it easy to carry. This bag is definitely big enough to hold a couple of books, a laptop, a wallet, snacks, a drink or whatever you carry around campus like a diaper bag, a weekend bag or a carry-on for a flight. A very versatile bag that should last a long time. The only minor downside I noticed is that the zippers are a bit on the low side, but I think that will improve with use. Great bag for the price!
