I got it today. It works fantastic for getting perfect curls. There's a learning curve, but with practice you'll quickly become a pro. The problem occurred during the loading process. It won't charge and turns off completely when disconnected from the charger. I changed my rating because you have to hold down the button on the right for about 5 seconds. Then it turns on immediately after charging. Love it! Got one for every four of my daughters! It will not charge after one month. Is there a guarantee?
