I love that it has all of my customer's information in one place! It is very easy for me to pull up any transaction or email correspondence between myself and an account holder. What I don't like so much about this program is that you cannot add your own notes if something comes up while working with a client. This would be helpful when dealing with clients who are difficult to communicate with via phone/email. We have been able to solve problems regarding missing documentation by using BlueBeak. The biggest benefit is having everything available at once, instead of searching through emails, files, etc., trying to find what was said during each interaction.
