I ordered 2 of these and they both had the same problem. He just can't measure my fat. I am so fed up with this notification. I haven't had this issue on any other premium Yunmai model I've had (which has a round digital screen), but I'm not sure if it's an app integration issue after an app update like many others reviewers suggest. I'm also pretty sure the gauge is about 5lbs lighter than it should be. I wish it were true, but it didn't make sense. I was weighed in the doctor's office and I was about 7 pounds over the scale and even with clothes on it seemed to be baggy, but I can't confirm that for sure. However, the body fat issue is enough to make me send that back as well. sucks. I might go back to the PremiumModel even though it looks slimmer and is supposedly a new generation model.
