Perfect fit. I've had it in my truck for a few months now and it's still firmly in place and even with all the road dirt and sleet and mud it looks clean and practically new. Of course I didn't drive it back and forth like I do in the summer when I tow more, so let's see if it stays tight. But I'm happy right now
