Great but use caulk to seal the outside.

This is great and seems to be better quality than my last spare pen! The handles appear to be made of quality materials and good fittings. Except for the plastic seal for the outside, that's nonsense. I tried to use it and it was rubbish. I highly recommend painting the outside of this pen. I found rot and decay in the RV doors from not sealing properly.
