The chair was swiftly put together. The instruction is simple; there are simply a few diagrams and no letters. The chair started making awful creaking noises the second day just from sitting in it without turning or getting up. And this is with an 89kg user weight. The worst part is that I'm unable to locate the creak. As a result, the product quality is mediocre, and the rating is excessively high. I request that the product's vendor get in touch with me and resolve the issue.
