DISAPPOINTED

At first I liked the idea of getting a 5 carat faux emerald for less than $20, but when I got it the top edge was wavy and distorted. I wrote to the seller and asked if everyone had this defect and he replied "don't worry"! The? I was worried about that. I tried to ask again but they ignored my second request. Very unprofessional. So I'm sending it back, but Revane has a lot of great jewelry, so I'll find a well-crafted emerald!
