I like that it has all my job descriptions in one place so i dont have to search around looking up different things.

Also you can create multiple profiles which makes searching easier! Sometimes when adding new employees they do not show until after 2 days or sometimes even longer. This could be because we are using Salesforce as our CRM system but if this happens then there's nothing much u can really do about it unless someone from their support staff comes over and fixes it themselves. We use sales force crm to store our jobs/candidates information along with other data such as contact details etc.
