Review on DEWALT DWST17807 TSTAK Toolbox Organizer by Chris Hanson

I purchased this item after purchasing other TSTAK components. I like the concept and the articles themselves are mostly solid. But I'm writing this because this item arrived in a DEWALT box that is missing the cap for one of the wheels. This is a very small cap that attaches to the knurled end of the axle. AMAZON says contact DEWALT. I tried to use their online system about 5 times unsuccessfully and each time it gave me an error message. I then called AZ's number and was told they didn't have that little end clip and that I would have to send it back to AZ. This is why American manufacturers have such a bad rating. DEWALT had me ship the whole big box back to Arizona because they don't stock that little end cap. The pinnacle of American mismanagement is that a small cap translates into huge shipping costs. Is it any wonder why products cost so much? For those of you who have it, be careful. Don't lose this plug as you can't repair it. DEWALT/STANLEY, you need to get ready.
