I can't start the installation because I don't even understand the instructions. or absence. Nothing for amateurs or do-it-yourselfers! Nothing makes sense, especially what the programming section means. When I called tech support, I was directed to another site that has examples of how to create a layout. You would think they would explain everything in more detail. They don't even spend money to print full color instructions. It's black and white. but they refer to the red lines in the picture. What a wicked joke. I have to put it aside and try to understand this nonsense again next week. Not happy with this $500 product!
