Review on Tansozer by Scott Schram

As a discerning customer who places a premium on product and service, I was recently let down by Tansozer. The online shop presents itself as having a vast selection of men's apparel, footwear, and accessories, but in reality, it falls far short of those claims. The first problem is that the products aren't very high grade. The clothes I purchased were promoted as high quality but felt cheap and flimsy, and the shoes I bought were extremely uncomfortable. The jewelry felt and appeared like cheap knockoffs of what was advertised online. The products were not worth the money I spent, and it was obvious that the business put quantity ahead of quality. Second, the assistance I received from them was terrible. When I contacted customer service about a problem with the clothing I had purchased, I was given a standard answer that did not address my specific issue. It was exasperating that they did not seem concerned with answering questions or otherwise addressing concerns raised by customers. Last but not least, the promised arrival time was missed. Even though I paid for express shipping, the products didn't appear until much later than expected, and I never received an explanation or apology for the delay. In sum, Tansozer has been a poor shopping experience for me, and I would not suggest it to anyone seeking high-quality goods and responsive service.
