Purchased M-17 model with Nvidia 3070 GPU, 32GB RAM and 1TB M.2 NVME SSD. Received the laptop with very fast shipping from Revain. Came in perfect condition with no viruses installed. Installed Windows 10 Home with appropriate drivers and several Elucktronics apps to control the hardware (e.g. fans). Smooth appearance, solid appearance. There are no complaints about the physical assembly. Minimalist appearance with black and dark gray colors and no flashy logos. The keyboard backlight indicates it's a gaming rig, but the rest of the laptop shows everything is working. Super quiet, quiet when not playing; and low fan noise when playing games. I love the position of the connectors! (e.g. power, network, HDMI video and USB-C on the back, two USB-A on the right with an SD card slot, one USB-A on the left and headphone and microphone jacks) The webcam is on the top of the front monitor panel and has a default quality of 720p, but is suitable for most users and supports Windows Hello login via infrared (for work, I connect an external USB webcam with HD1080p resolution for enhanced colors and crisp detail; Logitech 920 or better is recommended for remote work). The touchpad is good - not a problem for normal office use, but it's best to use the mouse for gaming. The included mouse isn't bad, but it's not perfect (the optics don't work on some surfaces); replaced it with a RedDragon M711 (the best mouse on the web for the price). The other included accessories/free services are a welcome plus and add to the overall buying and unboxing experience without compromising decision making. The SSD that came with it was a Samsung OEM which I have since moved to another computer. It works fine but I need more space. I installed two Samsung 980 PRO 2TB NVME M.2 drives in the M-17, which was easy to do by opening the bottom of the laptop, and there were small M.2 screws in both slots! Absolutely no complaints. No comments to make this a better deal. You get a lot of laptop for the dollar and it's considered one of the quietest gaming laptops out there with great ergonomics (like jack placement, keyboard feel, webcam position). Modern technology requires lots of fans to keep high-performance Nvidia and AMD GPUs cool, but this laptop does it with less noise than most. People who complain about the noise this laptop can make when playing hours of AAA games, especially first-person shooters like Call of Duty, should try these games on other laptops and compare the experience. It really is a gaming laptop that offers great value for money. Battery life and runtimes are good for a gaming laptop compared to others on the market. GPU drivers, rebooted and then started adding games. So far, so good! If there are any issues with this laptop, I intend to come back and update this review. But I hope that this laptop will be a long-term success, despite the occasional bad reviews from some others. Eluktronics and Revain, good job and thanks!
