It's really heavy, so there's a chance it will fall off during delivery. It must have been mine as it was damaged right out of the box. It's clear they just nailed most of it together and given the weight of the tree it's no surprise the resulting damage (see photos). Luckily I was able to more or less fix it and it looks fine now. But it's really not worth the price. Oh, and there are errors in the instructions, and not all holes are pre-drilled, so you must be familiar with self-tapping screws.
