I give this product a 5 star rating. From the moment I put them on I saw a difference and my eyes became more relaxed. As a streamer, I spend most of my free time in front of monitors or directly in front of blue lights. These glasses are ideal for home use when you want to give your eyes a break. I'll be honest I have a big head so these glasses are not practical for me to wear outside the house or anytime other than playing in my free time because they are small in my face. That doesn't mean the glasses are small, just that I have a big head. So be careful when buying if you are like me. I will say that the glasses are very flexible and definitely fit my head, which is nice because I was worried when I bought the glasses. All in all I would definitely recommend these glasses for late night sessions or long sessions where you are or plan to be in front of a monitor.
