What a disappointment and a waste of money and time

What a disappointment and a waste of money and time. I ordered this cable modem to replace the one I currently rent. The modem I received didn't work and probably didn't work for the last customer tricked into buying it. And remember that the return shipping costs are entirely yours. Don't waste your time with this company. They don't even test these modems.
