You get more. like other nose rings for your money but most I would never use. Because as far as I can see they are incomplete. They have a hairpin/spool sticking up your nose, but they look cheap, like a piece of jewelry or gemstone has fallen off. I'm glad I can put something in my hole because I needed something before it closes me because I lost my previous ring which I lost in the hospital. I won't buy this again. If quantity is more important to you than quality then this is for you but not for me.
