The ability for me as an individual working remotely or traveling often is able to quickly identify threats that I would otherwise not have been aware of without this software/service being available to us at our fingertips! It has helped educate myself about risks associated with social media sites like Facebook which are easily accessible by my coworkers. As well it helps keep up-to date information regarding new viruses (such as WannaCry). We use threat advice educates service across multiple departments as we all work remote so its great when issues come from different sources but still need addressed together through one central source. My team likes how simple everything seems once you're used to it. Its easy enough anyone who needs help can get assistance right away even if they aren't technical experts themselves.
