I bought a couple of Grandstream GXP1630 phones because I needed a station that could act as a "receiver". With this phone I can monitor the status of each station in my phone system and also see if anyone is on the line. (The multipurpose buttons I use as status indicators are also used to quickly dial different extensions around the building.) The GXP1625 handsets I bought for use at my other stations are almost identical in layout, so when everything is set up , there is no wobble learning. I could have used the GXP1628 but the difference in cost was so negligible that I just bought the 3 line version of the phone. Installation can be a little tricky if you're not familiar with Office setup. Phone system, but once everything is set up correctly I find my Grandstream devices generally work without any issues. As with any computer, you will need to reboot from time to time, but such cases are rare. Just make sure you update the firmware.
