Let me start this review by saying I've tried 2 different brands of window insulation kits this year and the 3M brand outperforms other brands. I ordered three sets that fit the window: 2 sets from another popular brand and one set from 3M. To put it bluntly, the other brand sucked. The foil was about as thick as plastic wrap and would rip like a bag of potato chips if you breathed on it the wrong way - horrible product. The 3M kit was a no-brainer! Easy to move around during installation, very clear and easy to see, comes with more than enough tape and has enough elasticity to "stretch" it for a snug fit without accidentally punching a hole. If you are looking for a good product that is easy to install and does what it says on the tin, choose 3M. I used it to mask a double window 8ft long and 5ft high and it was easier than masking a 3X5 window with a 'different' brand. Don't waste your time and patience - get a 3M kit or kits and save yourself a headache and frustration.
