The second time I bought it and it was even worse than the first time. When I first bought them I had 10 broken ones and many duplicates. This time 13 is missing a ball and they are all the same as the last time I bought them. Everyone I received the first time (including duplicates) is exactly the same as the second time I bought it. Not a new one or another. I've tried contacting support but after three emails I still haven't received a reply. I really liked their other products but this is a bit ridiculous. If I pay for 100 I expect 100. not 90 and 10 which is useless.
