Comfort is not enough Packaging
Straps and ear pads create an uncomfortable and uncomfortable fit. I only use them for audio books but I don't think I can wear them for long periods of time. To be honest I thought I might damage the headphones just by taking them out of the box. The cable is hidden behind a plastic cover and the headphones are sandwiched between two pieces of hard plastic. The microphone is stuck in a small slot in the plastic. You have to cut open the plastic in some places or forcefully separate it in other places. Why not just put them in a box?
