Review on ๐Ÿ”‡ Tineco Ultra Quiet Cordless Lightweight Operation by Michael Vargas

Love it. But .

This is my first handheld vacuum. Before that I had a Hoover Platinum Vertical Rack - I call it the "king of vacuum cleaners". However, with all the Covid it's in storage and we live temporarily elsewhere in a decent sized apartment with floors roughly evenly split between laminate and low pile carpet. I was looking for a vacuum cleaner that would meet our needs, but perhaps not overlap with the vacuum cleaner, so both combined could find a place in our home. Good choice. The vacuum cleaner is amazing. Pros: Handles both carpet and laminate with no problems. in front of a vacuum cleaner, where better - Very easy to switch between manual and manual control. Caught this during the last vacuum cleaning - quickly switched at the end to free up some space between the furniture and the wall. - Power management - increases speed when you are in places where there is more dirt. It sounded like a gimmick when I read about it, but in practice it doesn't seem obvious or very effective, and I appreciate it considering it helps balance battery life, vacuum weight, and suction power. Clever and well executed - I see dirt. Okay, I never thought I'd like it, but it's actually very handy. Did the piece of cardboard I wasn't sure about and vacuumed anyway make it to the unit? Oh, here it taped around the brush, and here it just got to the handle part. Can he handle that pistachio shell? Look, I see it in this thing. It's really very convenient. Cons: - Lightweight, but not lightweight enough. I can own this very comfortably for a long time, but I'm a big guy. My wife, on the other hand, is rather petite, maybe of average height. I asked her if we could just use it in our new place and she said she loves it and will use it but it's too heavy for house cleaning. Someone has to figure out how to place the battery closer to the ground to possibly shift the center of gravity - this is the winner. - Connection is useless and useless. I don't need another app to tell me it's time to vacuum or that I need to empty an item etc. I don't see this being useful to anyone. This thing can't work on its own. You suck - ah, here, let's move this chair. Oh, where am I awkwardly propping this thing up while I do this? - I wish there was a good option not to mount. - It's quite expensive, and now I'm not sure if the Tango model was worth it. This thing is as expensive as my Hoover Platinum rack, and while I've called it the king of vacuums, it actually looks more like the emperor. In any case, the bottom line: I like it and meets our requirements. The pros far outweigh the cons in my situation and the lack of connectivity is more of a feature nobody wants and if I were to buy this again I would just go with the cheaper model without it (if it exists). In our new home, this includes stairs, spot cleaning, and cleaning a separate room. The rest goes to the emperor.

Cons
  • low power
