Have been using this product for over a month, overall great product. The construction makes a solid impression. One star deducted because I think the current rating of the USB-C ports should be more obvious. Keep in mind that the USB-C port is only rated for 3 amps. Expect slow charging from this separate port. All other USB-A devices are full speed (separately), but expect slightly slower/charging speeds as more devices are plugged into the unit. I contacted the seller about the current rating of the USB-C port and the seller responded very quickly. The misunderstanding about the USB-C port was my fault, I should have read the product specs more carefully. Overall, this is a great docking station and very useful.
