The price is excellent, soft, I ordered September 2019 and I ignore the old reviews about the small collar. The collar is perfect with extra room around the neck. There are no problems with the size of the collar. My baby is a normal weight for his age (4 months). Not too thin, but not too thick either. So she has some neck fat and can still sit comfortably on her neck. I bought this to be safer for my baby who can now roll onto his stomach but cannot roll back onto his back. Hands up like to dream, swaddling helps better with the startle reflex, but is considered unsafe if the baby can turn around. So I have to use this one and it's a decent alternative. Keeps hands close to body but secure when rolling. This doesn't keep her from sleeping as her clenched hands love to squirm in her sleep, but I love that I can either extend or cover her arms and I don't have to worry if she rolls over while she wears Revain. Sleeping bag / diapers brand Arms Up. I will continue to use this product and maybe even buy another one.
