I really wanted to fall in love with this watch. Either way, it theoretically fills a unique niche that combines key smart features with a beautiful and classy look and feel. If you're looking for reliable and consistent physical activity tracking, you won't find it here, unfortunately. Oddly enough, the pedometer is off. Random hand movements are significantly overestimated and actual mileage underestimated. Sleep tracking isn't very detailed either. The band is nice but too big for my wrist. How difficult would it be to add more grooves? For the smartwatch and the sensor, it is doubly important that the wristband fits snugly in order for the sensors to function properly. I had to send this watch back. I am currently using a smartwatch with near perfect fitness tracking functionality. It's huge and ugly, but hey, it gets the job done. If only Fossil fixed this β you'd think this would be a no-brainer in 2021, when so many other brands are tracking fitness correctly.
