Nice tablet but 1/2 inch smaller than Sam's published dimensions. As a result, the mount I was planning to use didn't fit - too big for the clip. Another big issue is that some apps switch to portrait mode for typing when the case is only in landscape mode. And in portrait mode, the power cord shows up bottom so it cannot be placed in the portrait mode bracket. with auto-rotation enabled. Facebook does this when writing posts, but stays in landscape mode when replying to someone else's post. So just sloppy programming. Other apps, especially shopping apps, do the same. annoys. I like the case I bought that holds the tablet in landscape mode so it's a nuisance. The wireless keyboard lights up in this case and I like this feature so hopefully it fixes the portrait mode issue. It makes no sense since it only happens on some apps. The hats are something like that - someone just has to be careless or incompetent. The only other issue was that the screen was unreadable when the tablet was brand new - auto dimming is the default. So you need to find a very bright light to make the setting screen readable. It took me about half an hour to realize that the only solution to the problem was bright light. Until you finish the setting, you cannot change the default setting to fixed brightness. :(
