Great product (when it works)

If it worked, 5 stars for sound quality and noise isolation. Used a total of 1 hour after opening the box before the left headset started to fail and disappeared. It turned out that the cable was defective. When I contacted Shure, they said I would have to send the headphones in for a warranty inspection and pay the shipping costs. I just need a replacement cable which they can't seem to supply without too much hassle. Great product (when it works), bad company.
